Our federal permit is already approved! The TTB (Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau) advertises about 6 months and we had been hearing 8 to 10 months! Unfortunately, this caught us off guard. We had planned to finalize and order equipment after the July 4th weekend, which would have been early.  Fortunately, we got everything in order this week and placed the equipment order yesterday, June 23rd. We are scheduled to receive fermentors and conditioning tanks, etc. in August. Unfortunately, the brewhouse won’t ship until late October. We still have a lot of work to do. Wednesday, April 26th, we officially submitted our application to the TTB (Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau)! We have plenty of things to keep us busy during the lengthy process. Please keep your fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly!
